It’s Time to Quit!

How you treat your body predicts how fabulous you will look.  So, if you smoke… it’s time to quit!

Smoking can accelerate the aging process.  It depletes your skin of oxygen, nutrients, and damages collagen and elastin.  Your skin will wrinkle and sag prematurely and it’s not just the skin on your face. 

Did you know that there is a correlation between smoking and the quality of sleep you get?  According to research, nicotine affects the sleep-wake cycle leading to poor sleep which impairs your functioning, mood, health, and beauty.  

Getting your beauty sleep a necessity.  Your body heals and repairs itself while you sleep.  When you get enough sleep, you have an increased capacity to lose weight and keep it off.  A lack of sleep can lead to puffiness and under eye bags. 

What else do you need to know?  Drop the bad habit and pick up the beauty habit!  Get fabulous!
